* Payment will be made in reais (Brazil).
* Young CMI registration is for attendees who are 40 years old or younger as of the date of May 15, 2026. (attendees born after May 14, 1985).
* Lunch for May 13th, 14th and 15th are included in all registration types.
* All participants are welcome to join the cocktail party at Cavalo Marinho on May 12th. Please kindly note that the transportation to the dinner venue is not included.
* Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please make a hotel reservation at your earliest convenience. The official accommodation is Windsor Barra Hotel, and the reservation is available on the "Accommodation" page.
* Registration for "with Excursion" will close on May 5 12:00 pm (BRT)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Comité Maritime International (CMI) reserves the right to cancel or postpone CMI 2026 or to change the schedule, venue, or style of the conference without prior notice, due to any event of force majeure.

2. Any expenses paid by a registered participant shall not be compensated by CMI nor the Brazilian Association Maritime Law.

3. In such a contingency stated above in 1:
(a) If it happens during the conference period, neither CMI or Brazilian Association Maritime Law shall refund any registration fees.
(b) If CMI decides to cancel the conference before January 29th, 2026 23:59 (Brazilian Association Maritime Law, the registration fee, excluding costs for related actual expenses, shall be refunded by CMI.
4. No damages or compensation, except the refunding of registration fees as stated above in 3., shall be recovered from CMI nor Brazilian Association Maritime Law.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please refer to the following for cancellation policies.
1. Cancellation requested to the registration desk by January 29th, 2026 23:59 (BRT): 100% refund
2. Cancellation requested to the registration desk after January 30th, 2026 00:00 (BRT): NO refund
*Please note that the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
*No refund will be made if any visa support document has been issued regardless of the cancel request timing.
